Lead Full Stack QA focused on building modern QA processes: automation-first and AI-assisted approach
Key responsibilities:
- Define and evolve QA strategy across multiple projects
- Design and implement QA processes and standards (DoD, regression, release criteria)
- Identify and eliminate QA bottlenecks at both project and company levels
- Drive test automation (UI / API / integration)
- Contribute to projects as a hands-on Senior QA
- Mentor and develop QA team members (junior and middle, ~10 people)
- Introduce and scale AI tools in QA processes
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, including Senior or Lead roles
- Strong background in test strategy and quality engineering
- Hands-on experience with automation (JS/TS, Playwright)
- Experience with UI / API / integration testing
- Understanding of CI/CD and QA’s role in the delivery pipeline
- Experience implementing AI tools in QA or development processes
- English level B1+
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Entry-level Product Marketing & Growth Analyst focused on product analytics, user research, growth opportunities, and practical application of AI tools
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
- Perform product and marketing analytics
- Work with metrics, reporting, and data analysis
- Research user behavior, needs, and pain points
- Identify insights and growth opportunities for products
- Support hypothesis generation, validation, and experiment analysis
- Prepare analytical reports and actionable recommendations

Requirements
- English level B1 or higher
