Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects of various sizes and types
- Launch new projects and establish processes and client relationships from scratch
- Adapt development workflows to the specific needs of each project
- Improve project KPIs and proactively manage risks
- Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal development
- Develop company expertise and grow internal teams in the selected domain
- Conduct negotiations and maintain communication with end clients from the U.S. and Western Europe in English
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and large teams
- Ability to independently build processes and take ownership of decisions
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Background in business analysis: requirements gathering, task decomposition, working with specifications
- Fluent English (regular spoken communication with international clients)
- Experience managing development teams of 5+ people and understanding team dynamics
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Key responsibilities:
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman
- Analyze and validate data in databases using SQL
- Test integrations with external services
- Document defects and prepare detailed test reports

Requirements
