CTO (Engineering Leadership) leading our engineering organization of 30+ specialists responsible for the development and evolution of one of Europe's Top-5 logistics platforms. While the client has its own CTO overseeing product strategy, you will be accountable for engineering leadership, technical execution, architecture, delivery, and AI-driven transformation across the teams managed by our company.

Key responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Product Development

• Define and execute the product's technical strategy in alignment with business goals and scaling plans
• Partner with the client's CTO and CPO to shape the long-term technology vision of the platform
• Participate in key architectural decision-making
• Ensure long-term scalability, sustainability, and technological competitiveness of the product
• Evaluate emerging technologies and approaches based on their business value and applicability

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and grow an engineering organization of 30+ specialists
• Mentor Team Leads and senior technical experts
• Establish effective team structures, ownership areas, and accountability
• Drive engineering culture, quality standards, and decision-making processes
• Participate in hiring and developing engineering talent

Architecture & Engineering Excellence

• Oversee the evolution of the platform architecture and technical quality
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of high-load distributed systems
• Manage technical debt and technical risks
• Establish and promote engineering standards and best practices

AI Transformation

• Define and drive the AI strategy within the engineering organization
• Introduce AI-driven practices across software development processes
• Transform development, testing, code review, documentation, and engineering analytics through Generative AI
• Design and implement new engineering workflows focused on increasing team productivity
• Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption and effectiveness
• Foster an AI-first engineering culture

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure transparency across engineering and delivery processes
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and execution challenges
• Align technical initiatives with product and business priorities
• Work closely with the client's CTO, CPO, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure predictable delivery and sustainable engineering growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial software development experience
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role such as CTO, Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Software Architect
• Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database design
• Experience designing and operating high-load distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and scaling engineering processes
• Proven track record of implementing AI-driven workflows and transforming engineering processes through Generative AI
• Strong understanding of engineering productivity metrics and AI transformation effectiveness
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Senior Security Engineer focused on product security ownership, proactive threat management, and building a strong security culture across engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Application Security, Product Security, or Security Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with penetration testing and application security assessments
• Experience with SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and modern security testing tools
• Proven track record of identifying, assessing, and driving remediation of security vulnerabilities
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10, common attack vectors, and modern application security risks

Key responsibilities:

• Define and evolve QA strategy across multiple projects
• Design and implement QA processes and standards (DoD, regression, release criteria)

• Drive test automation (UI / API / integration)
