Project implementation

The project initiated with a comprehensive discovery phase to map out the complex interaction between Safety Agents, commercial drivers, and federal reporting requirements. The analysis revealed that manual handling of hardcopy documents was the primary bottleneck, preventing the client from scaling their consulting business.

To address these bottlenecks, we developed a robust ecosystem consisting of a specialized Driver Web App and a core Management Platform. The solution enables seamless data exchange between the driver's mobile device and the agent's dashboard. A key innovation was the integration of automated report generation from federal databases, which replaces manual data entry with real-time, verified information.
